To place an order on you have to register first (create an account).

To create an account, you need to access the “Sign In” section, click on the “Register as a new user”. You are required to provide a few mandatory information which must be true, accurate and current. These information are: First and Last Name, mobile phone number and the email address that you want us to use for sending you the details regarding each order. You will also need to choose a password for your new account – it is important that the password is kept safe. The account will not be automatically created: the website will send you an email with a confirmation link. You need to open the email and click on the confirmation link, in order to finish the Registration process.

Once your account is validated and confirmed, you can always update your profile information in the My Profile section of the website (except, you cannot change your email address used for login).

Once your account is created, you have given us your consent to use your information in accordance with the terms of the Privacy & Cookies Policy for delivering your orders and requested information.

Once your account is created, you may place orders and create your personal “Wishlist”.

To place an order, you will need to provide us with following additional information: delivery address, billing address and billing information. If any of these information change after an order has been placed, you can let us know through the contact form available in the Contact page of the website (and we ask you to do this immediately, in due time before we prepare the delivery of your order).

Because every client is different, we have several ways for you to place an order with products on

We invite you to visit the products presented on the website to choose what you need. For certain products where you need to choose a certain size, we have a Size Guide that you can use.

1. By ordering directly from the site:

  • To place an order on we invite you to look at the offers on this site.
  • When you find what you want, press the button “Add to Cart”.
  • In the “Shopping Cart” section you can see all the products you’ve added to an order; when you're done shopping, you need to click on the “Check Out” button.
  • Provide the delivery and billing information, then choose your desired payment method.
  • We recommend that you check twice: make sure that the delivery/billing information you provided are correct and then, send us your order. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with the details of your new order, after which you will be contacted by a consultant of the team.

2. By phone.

  • You can contact us every day from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 at 004.0722.209.335/ 004.021.330.81.66 by phone to place an order or for any other questions.

3. By email:

  • We expect your messages for orders or for any other questions.
  • We are committed to answer within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends.

Product availability

All products displayed on the website have featured their availability status. If an item is marked with “Out-of-Stock” it means that they are no longer available for sale. But some might be made to order, so you can send a message to ask about it. If you ordered a product on the site and it is no longer available, we will notify you by phone immediately.

To make your shopping experience more enjoyable and easier on we provide you two payment methods to choose from:

  • Online, with your PayPal account – available exclusively for delivery in other countries than Romania.

Our products are delivered directly to your home anywhere in Europe. You will be notified by email as soon as the delivery of the ordered products has been arranged.

  • Delivery will be made upon requested address of the client.
  • Products will be delivered in their original packaging plus a special packaging If you notice irregularities in terms of appearance of the received package upon delivery please contact us immediately.

Delivery Fees

About 4 to 5 working days for standard delivery by messenger (in addition to production time). You will be able to select your delivery method at your shopping bag.

The products can be delivered internationally. Formalities and customs duties for crossings shall be borne by the customer.

Delivery Processing Time

Delivery time for the ordered MIHAI ALBU products is of maximum 10 days for Romania and maximum 14 days for other countries. Delivery time starts from the date of order and payment confirmation.

Pricing Policy

Prices are set when the products are displayed on the website and include VAT and may change if you apply policy discounts. All prices are expressed in EUR/USD. We reserve the right to change prices over time.

AMI Design manufactures made to measure, customized or standard size products – no matter which type your products is, you enjoy free return on your order within 14 days.

According to the ordinance no.130 of 31 August 2000 by Law No. 51 of 21 January 2003 approving Government Ordinance nr.130/2000 “The consumer has the right to give notice in writing to waive the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 30 working days of receipt of product”.

Returns Policy

The easiest return procedure, just send us an email and we send you our courier wherever you wish.

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit, accompanied by the documents received in the box.
  • Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged. We advise you to try on the shoes in a perfectly clean surface in order to avoid wear traces.

48 Hours Refund

As soon as we receive the products the fund you will receive include both the costs for returned items and the original shipping costs. The refund will be visible within 48 hours (it may depend on the bank that issued your card).


All products are quality controlled and checked for any problems or defects before being sent to the client.

Although we endeavour to provide a complete picture regarding the colours of products, the existence of a very large range of monitors makes some colours be slightly modified from the original. Therefore ensuring that what the monitor displays 100% the right colour cannot actually be done by

Products delivered by their own means and those collected from our premises by law No. 51 of 21 January 2003 are not considered remote commerce.

Our company does not assume any responsibility for the handling, transportation to return nor accept returned products which have defects resulting from these causes.
